This interface allows you to filter the email for each email account in your domain.
Create a filter
To create a new filter, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (Email Filters) from Email section.
3 – In the Filters by Users table, click Manage Filters for the appropriate email account.
4 – Click Create a New Filter.
5 – Enter a name for the filter in the Filter Name text box.
6 – Configure your filter’s rules and actions.
7 – Click Create.
Edit a filter
To edit an existing filter, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (Email Filters) from Email section.
3 – In the Account table, click Manage Filters for the appropriate email account.
4 – In the Current Filters table click Edit next to the appropriate filter name.
5 – Make the desired changes to the filter.
6 – Click Save.
Delete a filter
To delete a filter, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (Email Filters) from Email section.
3 – In the Account table, click Manage Filters for the appropriate email account.
4 – In the Current Filters table click Delete next to the appropriate filter name.
5 – Click Delete Filter.
