This interface allows you to add and manage e-mail accounts for your domains.
Create E–mail Account
To create a new e-mail account, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (E-mail Accounts) from E-mail section.
3 – Click Create. A new interface will appear.
4 – From the Domain menu, select the domain on which you wish to create the e-mail account.
5 – Enter the e-mail address in the Username text box.
6 – In the Security section, perform either of the following actions:
A: Select Set password now. and enter a password in the Password text box.
B: Select Provide alternate e-mail and enter an e-mail address for the system to send a password configuration link.
7 – In the Storage Space section, enter a custom Mailbox Quota storage size or select Unlimited to set the amount of disk space that the account may use to store e-mail.
8 – To send a message with client configuration instructions to the account, select the Send welcome e-mail with instructions to set up a mail client checkbox.
9 – Click Create to create the account and return to the E-mail Accounts interface.
(Select Stay on this page after I click Create to create another e-mail account after you create this one).
* Delete Email Address
To delete an e-mail address, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (E-mail Accounts) from E-mail section.
3 – Select this checkbox to mark this e-mail account for bulk actions, such as the bulk Delete action.
4 – Click Delete – Permanently remove the e-mail account. After you click Delete, a confirmation message will appear. Click Delete to remove the account.
* Access Webmail
This feature allows you to access an e-mail account with a web browser. To access this feature, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (E-mail Accounts) from E-mail section.
3 – Click Check E-mail – A new interface will appear that displays the e-mail account in Webmail.
* Change Password
To change an e-mail password, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (E-mail Accounts) from E-mail section.
3 – Click MANAGE for the appropriate e-mail account.
4 – In SECURITY section Enter the new password in the appropriate text boxes.
5 – Click UPDATE E-MAIL SETTINGS to store the new password.
* Change Quota
To change a mail quota, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (E-mail Accounts) from E-mail section.
3 – Click MANAGE for the appropriate e-mail account.
4 – Enter the new e-mail quota, and select the unit, in the appropriate text box. For an unlimited space, click Unlimited.
5 – Click UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS.
* RESTRICTIONS
To suspend or unsuspend any email accounts, perform the following steps:
1 – Open cPanel (yourdomain/cpanel).
2 – Click on (Email Accounts) from Email section.
3 – Click MANAGE for the appropriate email account.
4 – Set the mark in Allow, Suspend or Hold for any future (Receiving, Sending Mail and Logging In).
5 – Click UPDATE EMAIL SETTINGS.
